  Answers:
  1. What if I don’t like what I ordered or if something is wrong with my order?
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will replace it or, for CDs, refund the cost of the CD.

2. How much will shipping and handling cost?
For CDs: For Photos:  
1: $2.95 1-10: $3.95  
2-3: $3.95 11 or more: $4.95  
4 or more: $4.95      
   
For international shipping, including Canada, an additional $11.95 surcharge will be added to the regular shipping and handling charge.
 
  3. How long will it take for my order to get to me?
    Most orders are shipped the next business day. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class mail
    and generally will arrive within 5 business days. See “Shipping” on the Policies page for details.
   
  4. What if I have a question about my order, my bill or anything else related to Serenity Studio?
    For order status, billing questions and other customer service inquiries, you can contact us by email,
    phone or fax. See the Contact Us page for details.
   
  5. Will you put me on your mailing list?
    Not without your permission! We’ll be glad to let you know about our specials, new products and other information, but only if you
    want us to.
   
  6. Do you give or sell my email address or other information to other companies or mailing lists?
    NEVER! Our customers and their privacy are very important to us, so we do not give or sell any customer information
    to anyone else.
   
  7. How will I know that you received my Internet order?
    Serenity Studio will send you an order summary by email to acknowledge receipt of your order.
   
  8. How do you keep my credit card and other personal information secure?
     All credit card numbers and other ordering information are protected when your order is placed; your credit card information is not saved.    Serenity Studio also does not give or sell your email address or any other information about you to anyone else.
